iii ) The rate under this item shall be paid only on ascertaining that the excavated face has come off neatly as per specifications or atleast 50 percent of smooth blast holes are visible for inspection and are spaced at specified interval.
iv ) In case, where the above criteria is not fulfilled payment shall be restricted to rate provided for excavation by normal blasting or controlled blasting as the case may be.
